‘The Woodpecker’ (Il Picchio) is a beautiful double room on the ground floor, with a view of the garden and of the sea. It can comfortably receive 2 people. The decor is with tones of cream-color. The large bathroom has a shower and a window. ‘The Woodpecker’ is an homage to the fauna that populates the Mount Conero. This bird is also the emblem of the Marche (legend has it, the people, that got settled in this area, were following a woodpecker during its migration). In the garden many other bird species can be admired: goldfinches, hoopoes, nightingales, magpies, pheasants and also little falcons. If you get up early, you’ll see all of them pecking in the garden.
